We have no plans of a warm, tropical vacation anytime soon, but if wishing made it so….

Every day, I feel like I have another conversation with someone who reveals to me that they’re headed to Mexico soon.  I’m only slightly jealous.

So, for all of you fortunate enough to be arranging a vacation soon, I offer you this printable to make reserving your flights easier.

One of my responsibilities when I used to work full-time was making travel arrangements for my boss.  I developed this flight comparison printable to put all of the details he needed to know to choose a flight in one easy-to-read spot.

This flight comparison printable is great because it takes into account all of the variables that need to be considered when choosing a flight:

  • Which airport to fly in or out of
  • Airline preference
  • Departure & Arrival times
  • Layover location & length
  • PRICE!

Start your search by having a separate printable for each of your airport and date options.  As you find flights that may work, write them down on the corresponding printable.  Once you’ve written down all of your options, evaluate your best choice using your pared down options.

Like I said, our family doesn’t do much air travel these days, but after using this handy little resource for so many years when I was working, I can’t imagine arranging air travel without it.

p.s. Read about how to make the perfect packing list for wherever you’re going here and the travel accessories that I couldn’t have lived without when my kids were babies here.
